LeeAnn Weaver holds an MFA in Creative Writing and Nonfiction from Fairfield University. She has delivered presentations and training to audiences of hundreds throughout her marketing and public relations career in NYC. She has an extensive background in event planning, having run her own business for years. Currently, she serves as a Program Manager in Fairfield University's Advancement division. Each year, her large family appoints her as their reunion coordinator. Her creative work includes nonfiction essays, poetry, a memoir-in-progress, and flash pieces. LeeAnn loves discovering fountains of inspiration for Acorn Experiences' writers through meaningful practice and ekphrastic creation. She curates retreat experiences that leave writers feeling revitalized, motivated, and inspired.
